We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Fitness Membership Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for fitness and wellness.

Responsibilities:

1. Drive membership sales through effective lead generation, prospecting, and closing techniques.

2. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential members.

4. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure member satisfaction and retention.

5. Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to motivate and educate the sales team.

6. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

7. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns and events.

8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Pay: $48,350.69 - $58,228.79 per year
