TPosition Title Wellness Sales Manager
Position Status Full Time (Max 40 Hours per week unless approved by Owner)
Reports to Ownership Team
Position Summary
The Wellness Sales Manager (WSM’s) objective is to increase reoccurring membership electronic funds (EFT), with a high focus on growing of new members and retention of current members, by ensuring the highest level of service for Augment levels. The WSM Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans and objectives to drive the organization’s growth and profitability. The WSM also will manage the marketing strategies on social media, optimal resource allocation, and effective utilization of resources.
Major Responsibilities
★ Manage Every Aspect of Marketing, Sales and Members Success of Boutique Studio According to FN Manual and PNL/ Proforma.
★ Leading and managing the wellness team, setting performance goals, and providing guidance and support to ensure efficient sales and operations.
★ Manage Augment Wekiva Springs social media on all platforms including Instagram, FB and TikTok.
★ Manage the relationship with the lead generated third-party.
★ Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and expanding the organization's customer base.
★ Performance Monitoring: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing measures to improve business growth and members’ success.
★ Maximize sales of new memberships and retention of current members
★ Solve problems that affect members’ satisfaction and the studio’s sales performance.
★ Inspect Studio daily to ensure cleanliness and maintenance operational needs.
★ Foster lower monthly member attrition.
★ Effectively motivate, encourage, and retain Augment employees and members.
★ Effectively Coach new members through Augment Core modalities.
★ Ensure Wellness Coaches flow back of the house procedures.
★ Help plan and host wellness events by Augment
★ Suggest Upgrades or add on to product and services.
★ Maintain chemical and cleanliness of equipment, keep maintenance log of chemicals, and cleaning protocols for reporting.
★ Implement discovery day protocols.
★ Participate in Augment franchise training to include but not limited to franchise breathwork / holistic activities and support tactics.
★ Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
★ Passionate about people. Passionate about Health and Wellness
★ Ambition, drive, honesty, enthusiasm, energy, personal integrity, and a passion for the Wellness / Fitness industry
★ 1 years of customer service experience and 1 years of sales experience
★ Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
★ Computer literacy
★ Evening and weekends hours are required
