Job Overview:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and client forward Cosmetic Counter Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional, 5 star customer service, build customer relationships with beauty and skincare advice and driving sales in our beauty cosmetics store through events and promoting Estee Lauder. If you have a passion for beauty products and enjoy helping customers find the perfect products for their needs, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Build client relationships and personalize consultations to better understand their wants and needs and recommending products

- Engage clients in store events to drive sales and recruit new clients

- Utilize store resources to build clientele and keep clients in the know

- Stay up to date with current trends

- Work well in a fast paced environment

- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers

- Conduct product demos and makeup applications

- Process customer transactions using cash registers and salon software

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves

- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with excellent phone etiquette

- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Skills:

- Cash handling experience, including operating cash registers

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong phone etiquette skills

- Multilingual abilities, especially Spanish, is a plus

- Proficient in social media management for business purposes

- Experience in beauty cosmetics sales is a plus

- Ability to provide makeup application services to customers
