Qualifications:

• 2-3 years domestic experience REQUIRED as a Dealership General Manager.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities to develop and motivate successful teams.
• Customer Focused mindset.
• Strong Used Vehicle background.
• Evolving leadership style with a focus on high performance.

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $300,000.00 to $700,000.00, which includes commissions on (Commissions –Ex: “Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit”, “Department Net”) and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses –Ex: “Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability”).Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
