Job Overview
The Personal Assistant will be assisting the CEO in organizing his day to day workload, as well as overseeing the office operations, such as; making payments, purchasing office supplies, sorting CEO emails, organizing the office as needed, communicating with vendors, inputting accounting data, creating reports, booking travel and meetings, assisting with special projects.
