We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Spirits Sales Manager to join our team and lead our sales efforts.
As the Spirits Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives dedicated to promoting and selling our portfolio of premium spirits to customers. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Role and Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve sales objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Identify and prioritize sales opportunities, including new business development and account management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to support brand initiatives and promotions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences to inform sales strategies and product offerings.
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to ensure the success and development of the sales team.
• Represent the company at industry events to promote brand awareness and foster relationships within the spirits community.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in alcohol sales management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on driving growth.
Knowledge of the spirits industry, including key players, market trends, and distribution channels.
Ability to analyze data and market research to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
