Currently, we are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join us as a Floor Manager, overseeing the smooth operation of our restaurant and ensuring a top-notch guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide an exceptional customer experience and maintain the highest service standards.
• Memorize our recipes and service procedures to ensure a top-notch dining experience.
• Train and develop team members.
• Ensure the restaurant upholds the highest cleanliness standards.
• Maintain the location to the company's standards at all times.
• Foster guest satisfaction by engaging with tables and guests on a daily basis.
• Maintain proper inventory levels for beverages and food.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and training new employees.
• Oversee employee training to ensure consistency.
• Conduct performance reviews.
• Motivate employees to collaborate as a team.
• Ensure the restaurant is in pristine condition in terms of cleanliness, repairs, and maintenance.
• Fulfill other duties as requested by a manager.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of current, salaried management experience in a high-volume polished casual/upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant.
• A strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and guest service.
• Proven ability to develop and lead a team.
• Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to excellent execution.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Solid business knowledge.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Proficiency in computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), with familiarity with Cogswell being a significant asset.
