Receptionist/Administrative Assistant-F/T

Mid-sized accounting firm is looking for a receptionist/administrative assistant that can provide excellent client-centered service

Job Requirements

• Oversee front desk and maintain common areas
• Answer phones
• Great customer service skills
• Must be detail oriented
• Have good verbal and written communication skills
• Provide administrative support to the Partners and Staff
• Mailing and shipping packages
• Computer Literate
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Able to multi-task
• Team player
• Accounting Firm experience a plus

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday 9-5:30
