Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Responsibilities:

• Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to Manager.
• Be ready and willing to assist fellow servers as situations arise.
• Thank guest for their visit and invite them to return.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic drinks consistent with the Kuzzo’s standard drink recipes.
• Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies.
• Provides a pleasant drinking experience to customers.
• Serves drinks while maintaining a clean and sanitary bar area.
• Attends to the detail and presentation of each order.
• Prepares and maintains ingredients by following recipes.
• Adheres to proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintains appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all beverage items.
• Coordinates daily supply inventory for bar and submits orders to supervisor; assists with receipt of deliveries.
• Contributes to daily, holiday, and theme drink menus in collaboration with supervisor.
• Completes cleaning according to daily and weekly schedules, including dishwashing as needed.
• Listens to customer complaints and suggestions and resolves complaints.
• Instructs personnel in use of new equipment and cleaning methods and provides efficient and effective methods of maintaining work area.

Skills:
- Strong cash handling skills
- Proficient in basic math calculations
- Experience using cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Excellent sales and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with food handling safety guidelines
- Experience in banquet or event bartending is a plus
