Kustom US is Hiring a Project Manager Near Sanford, FL

Kustom US’ Southeast Region is growing rapidly and there is now an IMMEDIATE opportunity for a Project Manager.If you have at least TWO years of hands-on construction/restoration experience, strong leadership skills, and career-oriented, we want to hear from you. Position Type: Full Time, Entry-level

Pay Range: $50K-60K

Incentive: Eligible for commission based off Gross Profit, as well as Sales & Marketing.

Schedule: 40 hours a week

Core Responsibilities:

  • Schedule inspections with the building department and / or mortgage company.
  • Work hands-on when needed to keep the project on track. 
  • Communicate transparently with the Project Manager any changes, additional work, and supplements required and obtain approvals prior to work.
  • Coordinate pulling permits, sourcing subcontractors and staff, order materials, and schedule work to complete projects on time & within budget.
  • Monitor budgets throughout the project and communicate variances as they occur.
  • Track project status, complete paperwork, upload documents, and update the database.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. IICRC certifications a plus!
  • 2-3 years’ experience in the construction and/or restoration industry required.
  • 2-3 years of experience managing project budgets required.
  • Able to communicate compassionately with clients and professionally with employees and staff (verbal & written). 
  • Flexible, proactive, resourceful, efficient, and a strong attention to detail.
  • Intermediate technology skillset i.e., Microsoft Office skillset (Excel, Word, etc.) and Outlook email.
