Engage in regular contact to facilitate better understanding of customer needs and establish trust. Serve as escalation contact and manage interaction between the customer and the company organization. Clarify, negotiate and formalize operational requirements and performance matrix with the customer. Leverage knowledge of customer requirements and the company’s capabilities to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty through design and implementation of customer-specific solutions. Contribute to business development by acting as subject matter expert on company offerings, operational capabilities and compliance as it relates to Healthcare transportation and distribution standards. Analyze customer centric business and operational processes to identify cost improvement opportunities; engage company and customer resources to achieve cost savings. Bring the customer and company organizations together to facilitate and drive implementation of new business, joint projects or any other customer requests not directly related to immediate day-to-day operations. Execute specific customer defined analytical functions in support of international activities and regulatory requirements.
