The Multifamily Asset Manager will manage a team of six real estate professionals to analyze, underwrite, value, negotiate, recommend and close post-funding transactions for complex multifamily real estate loans. Typical transaction types you must have experience with include transfers of ownership, collateral releases, subordinate debt approvals and other performing loan transaction/modification requests. You will manage the team workload volume, review briefs/cases prepared by the team for approval and at times present recommendations to senior management. The candidate will also be responsible for working closely with counterparts in Capital Markets, Underwriting, Legal, Operations and others within Asset Management to ensure the securitization process runs smoothly.
