What Youll Be Doing
Cadmus has an exciting new opportunity for an Asset Liability Senior Analyst in the Financial Services division. We are seeking a motivated Senior Analyst focusing on Asset Liability Model Validation to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of clients Asset Liability Models (ALM) through rigorous validation activities. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting various model validation activities for US regional and community banks. You will work closely with senior members of the team to evaluate model performance, identify risks, and propose actionable recommendations to mitigate these risks. Additionally, you will contribute to Interest Rate Risk analysis and assist in devising strategies to manage balance sheet risk effectively.

The minimum starting salary for this position is $70,000. The actual salary may be higher and will be determined by several factors, including relevant work experience, education, skills, and market competitiveness.
