This position will lead our Lincoln Service Department which has recently been established as a separate Service Department from our Ford Store. The Service Manager will provide effective leadership to ensure the team of Technicians, Service Specialists/Advisors, and Valets/Porters in delivering the 'Lincoln Experience' to our clients with a high degree of hospitality and courtesy while meeting established goals.
Pay Range for this position:
The pay range is $8,175 to $10,500 per month
Targeted Hiring Range:
The pay range is $8,175 to $9,200 per month
The Service Manager coordinates and manages the CX Remote Experience Program which includes Pickup and Delivery and Mobile Services Programs. 
The Lincoln Service Manager is a great opportunity for an experienced automotive service manager to utilize their knowledge of a dealership service department to have a positive impact on the customer experience while contributing to the overall profitability of the Lincoln Dealership.
Responsibilities include: 

• Directing the Service Department staff within established procedures to achieve desired goals while cultivating a culture that supports a results-driven, value-based sales and service culture.
• Monitoring key indicators including operating trends, expenses, effective labor rates, open repair orders, services per repair order, and customer experience to make appropriate adjustments in operational practices and staffing to meet performance objectives.
• Ensures hiring, training, and development of a highly effective team that is capable of delivering on the 'Lincoln Experience' consistently and with a high level of hospitality and courtesy.
• Stays abreast of Lincoln Motor Company's CX Remote Experience Program and maintains required training and certifications. Participates in the development and documentation of the applicable programs' operating plans and procedures to ensure alignment with the program requirements.
• Ensures that sales volumes, productivity standards, quality standards, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Desired Skills/Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Experience in the hospitality industry or at a luxury brand dealership desired
• Previous Service Manager Service experience desired or three years of related experience required
• Ability to learn and use applicable software programs
• Must obtain factory certifications and have a strong working knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations
• Must maintain a professional appearance
