This position provides administrative support for the office. In addition to typing, filing and scheduling, performs duites such as financial record keeping, being the initial point of contact for client inquiries and payments, obtaining supplies, coordinating direct mailings, and work on special projects.
This position would be full time (40 hours/week) January 1st through April 15th and 32 hours April 16th through December 31st.
