We are growing! Kohler has opened a new 1 million-square-foot manufacturing facility on 200 acres in the industrial corridor of Casa Grande, AZ. We are looking for passionate talent to join our leadership team.This role will be based at our Casa Grande facility and will work mostly onsite. 

What We’re Looking for

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team at Kohler’s new state-of-the-art facility in Casa Grande, AZ. The HR Coordinator supports the HR Manager and HR Generalist and is a key team member. As the HR Coordinator, you will provide support for HR processes, general administrative tasks, and various reporting. You will also provide support and coordination of our Stewardship, Sustainability, Associate Engagement, Associate Recognition, and Recruiting programs.

Specific Responsibilities

  • HR Processes (25%)
    • Submit and manage internal HR System requests
    • Manage Attendance Program with guidance from managers and supervisors
    • Prepare internal HR documents for all people-related changes
    • Manage HR document management on SharePoint
    • Manage monthly org charts with guidance from management
  • HR Administrative Tasks (25%)
    • Provide administrative support for HR Manager and HR Generalist
    • Order office supplies, business cards, name plates, promotional materials, etc.
    • Manage shipping and mailing requests
    • Prepare various HR letters
    • Coordinate emails and postings for various reminders and notices (i.e., associate engagement events, wellness initiatives, community events, etc.)
  • Recruiting (25%)
    • Post internal and external job requisitions
    • Coordinate phone screens, onsite tours, internal interviews
    • Coordinate recruiting events
    • Frequent candidate communication via phone and email assisting with all aspects of interview coordination
    • Oversee associate onboarding activities
    • Perform administrative duties as required to support the Talent Acquisitions team
    • Produce ad hoc Talent Acquisition reports
  • Engagement (20%)
    • Conduct weekly associate orientation classes
    • Manage local engagement activities and events
    • Coordinate and/or support various associate recognition activities
    • Coordinate Stewardship and Sustainability activities
    • Reporting/Other (5%)
    • Pull ad-hoc and regularly scheduled reports from various HR systems
    • Gain proficiency in all HR systems and platforms
    • Manage purchase orders and/or requests for funds, as needed
