WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING...

• You will assist in responding to technical support requests via incoming ticket requests, e-mails and phone calls.
• You will perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
• Interface with users, employing a high degree of tact and diplomacy, and promoting a positive image.
• Resolve problem situations in a professional manner.
• Use ticket system creating tickets for IT issues, and assigning escalated support requests.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after hours support.
• Perform other related duties to the job.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM...

• Ideally you'll have a Degree or certificate in IT or a related field.
• You will have some experience installing, configuring, diagnosing and troubleshooting software and technical issues.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Have excellent customer service skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• CompTIA A , Network , or Security Certifications is preferred.
• Active Directory, Group Policy or Citrix experience is preferred.

A typical office setting with use of phones, computers and other electronic devices.
