Koch Air is seeking a Residential Inside Sales Representative in our Louisville branch. Ideal candidates will be customer service focused, motivated and experienced in the HVAC industry. Responsibilities: Work together with our Sales Team to support customer needs Review and process orders timely and accurately Provide quotations for residential and light commercial equipment. Provide quotation maintenance and price study support. Provide general customer inquiry support for order entry, pricing and marketing. Work with all appropriate departments to provide market leading customer service and help resolve customer and product issues. Qualifications: High School degree or equivalent; college degree preferred, but not required. Ability to use PC, Microsoft Office suite proficiently HVAC knowledge Proven track record of providing superior customer service.
