```Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, have excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales.
Duties:
- Identify and qualify potential clients through market research and lead generation activities
- Present product information and benefits to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with clients
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
- Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using software applications for sales purposes
- Knowledge of technology sales or business development is a plus
- Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty Insurance license
