Koalafi is Hiring an Inside Strategic Account Manager Near Richmond, VA

About the Opportunity 
Work directly with existing strategic accounts to ensure high satisfaction and business growth. Develop relationships high and wide within important companies to establish trust and help them grow their business. Meet or exceed established sales goals and key performance indicators, launch strategic company initiatives, and provide ideas and customer feedback on how to improve the business in your territory. 

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
  • Hold yourself accountable for the success (adoption and growth) of our products within your assigned accounts by designing and executing action plans to drive growth and satisfaction
  • Develop and implement a plan or “playbook” for success and provide daily or weekly updates to the Inside Sales Director
  • Implement strategic sales plans or initiatives to achieve budgeted sales goals and meet company objectives within the strategic & Enterprise account space
  • Act as the company’s primary liaison with retail stores
  • Deliver sales and training presentations remotely with the strategic accounts and National Accounts
  • Talk with at least 40 merchants a day, tailoring our sales message to increase account loyalty and leverage those relationships to increase share of merchant business and improve overall business results for our customers
  • Leverage customer feedback, observations, and a variety of business reports/data to understand trends, and properly focus on highest priority merchants to meet goals
  • Demonstrate urgency and tenacity to quickly investigate and resolve customer problems and opportunities for growth
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the Executive Vice President of Sales or the Inside Sales Director

About You:

  • 3-5 years of sales experience is preferred. A positive experience would be sales experience in an industry where products are sold at retail in an assisted sale
  • Experience growing existing customer business
  • Excellent analytical, written, verbal and presentation skills
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
  • You have the versatility and intellectual curiosity to work across functional groups.
  • You are an effective thought partner and can think both practically and creatively
