KMRG, LLC is Hiring a Project Specialist Near Washington, DC

ROLE

We need an experienced project/administrative professional to support a federal agency in downtown, Washington, D.C. You’ll help a senior executive who oversees a business unit responsible for finance and budgeting, procurement and acquisitions, facilities and property, security, and events.This is a full-time on-site/premise position in which you will work 8 hours Monday through Friday. No telework.Apply today!RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support
  • Help comply with polices, guidelines, and controls
  • Manage calendars
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Prepare correspondence
  • Organize and maintain files, documents, and records
  • Ensure files, documents, and records are retrievable and confidential
  • Prepare, proofread, and/or edit documents, e.g., reports, memos, presentations
  • Work on standard operating procedures (SLP)
  • Create meeting agendas, materials, and minutes
  • Respond to inquiries and provide information
  • Monitor shared email inboxes
  • Write, edit, and revise policies, procedures, guides, manuals, and other documents
  • Support procurement and acquisition activities
  • Research vendors
  • Obtain and organize vendor quotes
  • Input purchase requests into system
  • Track and maintain inventory like office supplies, equipment, and furniture and
  • Provide monthly inventory reports
  • Help plan, coordinate, and execute events, conferences, and meetings
  • Prepare event materials, e.g., agendas, brochures, registration list, etc.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office — Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint
  • Preference for experience with financial systems

  • Strong preference for Bachelor’s degree
