We are looking for Line Cooks to build our team at our new restaurant location in Miami, South of Fifth.

Qualifications :

• Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English (speak, read, write) with co-workers and management.
• Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperativeness, and work with a minimum amount of supervision.
• Ability to accurately follow established recipe and technique guidelines.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once.
• Ability to be well organized, maintain concentration, and think clearly while providing service to many guests at any given time.
• Punctuality and regular and reliable attendance.
• Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with co-workers.

Experience :

At least 1 year of previous line cook experience.

• Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs.
