Overview: MUST BE BILINGUAL**
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and assisting healthcare professionals in various clinical and administrative tasks. Duties:

- Will conduct our PFT testing (pulmonary function testing)
- Perform vital signs measurements, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rate
- Assist with patient examinations and procedures under the supervision of healthcare providers
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
-Send Rx refills, or new Rx for patients in timely manner
-Answer phone calls, make patient appointments
- Provide patient education on medication use, diet, exercise, and other healthcare topics
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient information, medical history, and treatment plans
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and medical equipment
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff

Skills:
-Must be responsible and punctual
- Proficiency in taking accurate vital signs measurements
- Familiarity with medical coding and billing processes
- Experience in medication administration
- Excellent patient care skills with a focus on empathy and compassion
- Basic life support (BLS) certification preferred
- Strong customer service skills to provide exceptional patient service
- Ability to work effectively in a FAST-paced healthcare environment
