Kingwood Pines Hospital is Hiring a Business Development Representative Near Kingwood, TX

Responsibilities:
Kingwood Pines Hospital is a 116 bed facility located in the beautiful residential Kingwood community. We are located about 30 miles northeast of the Houston Medical Center. The hospital provides 24-hour emergency services. We serve children, adolescents, and adults for psychiatric and behavioral health. The hospital also has services in intensive outpatient and partial hospital program services.

Position Summary
The Business Development Representative implements the hospital business development plan to exceed admission targets in the assigned geographic territory by focusing on developing and managing productive, long-term referral relationships with primary, existing and new referral sources.

Job Duties/Responsibilities
  • Daily travel in a defined geographic area to meet with contacts with primary referral sources including hospitals, crisis centers, psychiatrists, psychologists, mental health and substance abuse professionals, other physicians, and other community resources.
  • Focus on new lead generation, quality referral source development, as well as maintenance of current accounts.
  • Support and emulate high customer service standards internally and externally.
  • Consistently document evidence of contacts on a weekly basis

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a behavioral health area, marketing, business administration or related field is preferred. High School Diploma required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in health care business development/marketing environment with measurable business development results, and a knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles, required.
  • Experience with computer software programs and presentation skills preferred.
  • CPR and HWC Crisis Intervention training must be completed prior to beginning work (Can be obtained upon hire).
