Due to our rapid growth, Bondoc Roofing is excited to announce that we are looking for an established leader in the door-to-door (D2D) field to help us develop our new field marketing division! Door-to-door experience, a positive mindset, and charisma are a must!

This is an amazing opportunity to build a career with us! We are looking for a Canvassing Manager who can naturally connect with others, has a passion for sales, and wants to contribute to building a team while establishing a legacy with us!

Compensation:

• Starting Pay: $20/hour plus bonuses (Projected $50-60K first year)
• Raise to $22/hour upon a positive 90-day review
• Option to switch from base to "per lead" fee at 90 days (lead defined as sales inspection completed)
• Additional $50 for repair lead sold and completed
• Additional $100 for full replacement lead sold and completed

Duties: 

• Recruit, develop and support new field marketers 
• Generate quality leads D2D and schedule on-site inspections for our Roof Advisors
• Manage our database of leads generated and monitor teams performance in our CRM system 
• Set proper expectations with homeowners to ensure a seamless handoff for the Roof Advisors
• Stay updated on roofing industry trends, products, and services to address customer questions effectively.
• Attend team meetings to strategize, share experiences, and optimize the canvassing process.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, including feedback, inquiries, and set appointments.
• Present a positive, professional company image during interactions with potential customers and the public.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in appointment setting
• 1 year of canvassing experience
• 1 year of management experience
• Ability to work in a team environment, lead a team of 4-6 and meet lead generation goals on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Proficient in using CRM systems, sales tools and other related software
• Ability to work autonomously, be self motivated and goal oriented
• Able to walk and stand for extended periods while conducting door-to-door outreach
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
• High school diploma or GED required
