Wellness Coordinator

Purpose : To assist in leading a comprehensive wellness program. The Wellness Coordinator coordinates, plans, and facilitates health and fitness activities and resources for employees that promote healthy lifestyles.

Responsibilities :

• Promote a working environment across all our teams that focuses on all areas of wellness
• Plan and coordinate activities such as movement and fitness challenges, team activities, as well as the roll-out of relevant resources
• Educate employees on the importance of health and wellness and motivate them to make healthy changes
• Maintain accurate records and track rewards progress of employees
• Develop and deliver presentations on health and wellness topics
• Collaborate with other departments to promote a culture of health and wellness
• Must be willing to travel to job sites in all markets

Qualifications :

• Education or experience in health science, social work, crisis management, or related field
• 2 years of experience in health or wellness promotion
• Knowledge of health and wellness topics
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Able to motivate and engage employees in wellness initiatives
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
