Job Description :
We are seeking a friendly, efficient, and organized patient care coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual and have excellent communication and customer service skills and a passion for working with children.
Responsibilities :
- Greet patients and their families as they arrive for appointments
- Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments
- Verify insurance information and collect payments
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of data
- Assist therapists with administrative tasks as needed
- Keep the waiting area clean and organized
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements :
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and electronic medical records systems
- Ability to pass a background check
