- Make effective sales presentations to customers for delivery of technical solutions.
- Ensure excellent customer service and account management providing pre- and post-sales support.
- Qualify accounts in order to identify market potential.
- Expands sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services, developing new applications.
- Maintain up-to-date job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Coordinate and manage work to be performed.
- Perform, implement, and monitor corrective actions for employee or customer complaints.
- Solicit input for new products as well as collect feedback for increasing sales related to existing offerings.
- 3 years of proven successful HVAC/technical sales experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- HVAC, Construction, or Service Industry experience
- Demonstrated understanding of airside and hydronic systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well-organized and excellent time management skills
- Must be able to multitask – be able to work on multiple tasks/ projects at one time.
