Sales staff responsibilities:
-Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments for current and potential customers
-Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
-Reach potential customers through cold calling
-Analyze territory/market sales potential, track sales and prepare status reports
-Provide the management team with reports on customer needs, interests, and problems, competitor activities, and potential for new products and services.
-Stay current on best practices and promotional trends
-Continuously improve through the comments and opinions you receive
Requirements:
-Bilingual ( spanish and english )
-Great motivation to achieve goals, with a proven track record in sales
-Excellent sales, communication and negotiation skills
-Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the needs of the audience
-Relationship management skills and openness to comments and opinions
