Assistant Sales Manager Duties & Responsibilities:
MUST SPEAK Spanish AND English
- Assist in planning and executing sales plans.
- Guide and train the sales team for optimal performance.
- Track, report, and refine sales performance metrics.
- Strengthen relationships with key clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor the sales team’s daily activities and adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with the marketing, product, and customer service departments.
- Represent the company at industry events and gain market insights.
- Monitor stock levels and predict future sales trends.
Assistant Sales Manager Requirements:
- GED or high school diploma.
- Speak Spanish
- Proven success in sales and customer service.
- Capable of using every Microsoft Office program.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent ability to solve problems.
- Strong leadership and management abilities.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
