You will:

• Own a specific domain and collaborate with engineer and product teams to launch product features from concept to execution, driving product development from 0 to 1.

• Dig into our dataset to uncover insights about our customers, their behavior, and the performance of our products, using data-driven approaches to inform decision-making.

• Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams such as product, marketing, and operations to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize product performance.

• Answer stakeholders questions with in-depth analyses and create dashboards to visualize and communicate key findings effectively.

• Develop key business metrics and automate reporting to provide ongoing visibility into the performance of products and business operations.

• Make recommendations and present insights to the entire company.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Strong SQL skills; ability to use R or Python is a plus.

• Strong domain knowledge and product sense, with the ability to understand business requirements and provide meaningful insights.

• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Metabase, Snowflake, Amplitude, with a demonstrated ability to create actionable insights from data.

• Attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets to uncover meaningful patterns and trends.

• Intellectually curious and self-driven to learn more in an unstructured environment.
