RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce is looking for a Production Operations Specialist to come aboard a contract opportunity at one of our Fortune 500 clients in Saint Louis, MO. Day to day responsibilities: * Production Operations Specialist will monitor DTM dashboards daily and follows the cheat-sheet for related action items * Communicates with DTM product owners, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood and addressed * Investigates alerts, works with requesters and job owners to close alerts * Monitors DTM inbox * Works under guidance of DTM Leads and Product Owners * As a Production Operations Specialist, you will perform some basic and end-user testing to ensure DTM functionalities are intact * Identifies trends and patterns and does research on trends and patterns * Identifies potential compliance risks and notifies DTM Product Owners and Leads * Regular status reporting REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/related field; Or High School diploma/GED and 3 years of combined billing/collections, accounting or customer service experience * 2-4 years of experience required Preferred: * Data analytics * Process Improvement * Investigative mindset, clear communication, team player * Power BI Reports as a user * MS Excel (moderate skill), O365 * Organization and Time Management The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
