JOB RESPONSIBILITES: Support Onboarding Process Crafting requisitions in Workday Draft and extend written offers Launch and supervise background check and onboarding documents requesting more information and/or documentation as necessary Work with IT to set up all accounts, access, and distribution list(s), as well as badge(s), cellphone and corporate credit card Coordinate first-day onboarding with manager, PBP, office manager, and IT specialist Assist with Voluntary and Involuntary Offboarding Support with Data Reporting Support and supervise multiple immigration processes with immigration counsel i.e. H1B Lottery, H1B employer transfer, H1B petition, TN petition, Permanent Resident/”Green Card” processes Process all position and organizational structure changes - manager, cost center, titles, promotions, salary, etc. Maintain tracker for all moves (new hires, re-hires, inpatriates, transfers, separations, referrals) Advise Payroll of referral bonus payouts at six months after referral’s start date Provide pay increase proposals based off internal guidelines Answer policy-related inquiries (Parental, Vacation, Bereavement, Sick, Bonus Plan administration, etc) Respond to unemployment claims within 7 days of notice Hold daily office hours during Annual Enrollment period to answer benefit-related inquiries. Work with Leave Department and Payroll for EEs going on Parental, Medical, Personal, and unpaid leave Provide ad hoc support and self-service guidance to HR-related inquiries (i.e. employment verification requests, compensation, benefits, vacation, name updates, tax forms, MXP, etc.) Meet with client regularly to review organizational structure changes, employee moves, and upcoming recruitment needs Be SPOC for Workday data implementation and provide training as necessary JOB QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS degree or higher 1-3 years of HR experience or business-related field Outstanding communicator with strong influence skills & ability to build trusting relationships High technical ability (Microsoft office suite/Workday is encouraged) Excellent organizational skills and abilities Detail-oriented and committed to a high degree of accuracy Capable of effectively managing multiple demands from a variety of sources Confidence and strong personal presence – you shake up the status quo, while gaining the respect of both peers and senior management Proven strategic thinker skilled at solving complex business problems WHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH: Anheuser-Busch has always dreamed big.
