Who we are looking for:

KEX is hiring for a team of driven, and organized, Night Auditors to bring our social driven hotel to life. The right candidate will be someone who works well within a team environment, while also being self-motivated and able to work on their own through the overnight shift

A candidate will be responsible but not limited to:

• Checks front office accounting records for accuracy on a daily basis

• Summarizes and compiles information for the hotel's financial records.

• Tracks room revenue, occupancy percentages, and other front office operating statistics.

• Prepares a summary of credit card activities, reflecting the hotel's financial performance for the day.

• Posts room charges and room taxes to guest accounts including guest transactions not posted during the day by the front office cashier.

• Ability to check guest in and out

• Knows how to operate Property Management Software, and other front office equipment.

A candidate should have:

• High school diploma or equivalent degree required.

• Ability to communicate in English, both written and oral forms.

• Previous hotel experience desired but not required.

• Computer proficiency, to include working knowledge of PC software programs (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) and web search engines.

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
