Ketel Thorstenson is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Gillette, WY
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to work in our Gillette Office 30 plus hours per week from January to April as seasonal office support with the potential for continued part-time hours for the remainder of the year. The Administrative Assistant will primarily staff our front desk, manage our phone lines and scan client documents. The hours will be daytime, Monday through Friday and can flexible between 8am and 5pm.
Responsibilities:
Proving exceptional customer service to clients and staff.
Answering and directing phone calls
Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
Scanning and filing documents.
Running errands to banks, client sites, and/or the post office.
Assisting office personnel as needed.
Assisting with staff engagement and appreciation efforts.
Performing other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
