**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in the day-to-day operations of the office and magazine production.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
-Meet required deadlines
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist in front desk duties as needed
- Provide general office support including filing, copying, and organizing documents
- Utilize Google Suite for various office tasks
- Knowledge of local area buinesses and resources.
- Proofread documents for errors and inconsistencies
- Coordinate meetings using Outlook Calendar
- Create and upload social media to business platforms
- Design social media and marketing materials
-Analyze social media data and prepare reports
**Skills:**
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
-Ability to arrive on time to daily work location.
-Have reliable transportation
- Proficient in data entry tasks
- Strong calendar management abilities and proofreading skills
