The Kentucky Trucking Association seeks a personable, outgoing individual that is highly organized for the position of Office/Marketing Manager. The position reports directly to the President. The Manager deals directly with KTA members, manages financial record keeping, and assists in planning and hosting KTA events. The Manager position is based out of the KTA office in Frankfort, Kentucky and requires occasional travel throughout the region and the state. Some work can be performed remotely.
Job Duties
Manages content development and facilitates production of all membership-related materials, including but not limited to prospecting, sales, and member communications, website, social media channels, and documents associated with onboarding membership.
Assist in planning and organizing both virtual and in-person events, including conferences, seminars, workshops, and webinars.
Reviews, tracks, and evaluates the effectiveness of recruitment, public relations, and marketing activities.
Collaborate with committee teams to create engaging event content and materials that align with marketing goals.
Drafts membership communications including letters, invoices, reports, and emails.
Assists with association data entry and financial booking.
Occasional amount of travel throughout the state (5-10 overnights/year)
