Duties:

- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing correspondence, memos, and reports
-Accounting skills are a must. This includes invoicing customers, accounts payable/receivable and many other basic accounting tasks.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in using office software and equipment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong accounting skills

This position offers a competitive salary based on experience. Benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off may be available.
