With our account growth through 2023 & 2024, our team is looking for customer-focused individuals to join us as an Accounts Specialist. In this role you will control your own schedule only working during typical business operating hours and this role DOES REQUIRE TRAVEL however, this travel is only within your direct living area and/or surrounding areas. This position is for motivated, communicative, or detail-oriented individuals but we welcome all to apply!

As an Accounts Specialist you will travel within your local area to meet with business owners and working people in your community to discuss what Aflac offers for real employment solutions and help for people when they really need it. Alongside travelling within your living area, this position is otherwise worked as remote - you dictate the where and when during business hours that you would like to manage your accounts & establish rapport with community members to truly help others on your flexible schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Communication skills (not required, we can train you!)
- Customer and/or client focused (a plus)
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Willingness to learn and be mentored
- No prior experience necessary
- MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL WITHIN LOCAL/SURROUNDING LIVING AREA

Pay: $45,670.00 - $65,780.00 per year
