Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Hours: 8:30a-5:00pm M-F
Length: Temp to Hire
What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Coordinator? You’ll be:
• Working with the Sales team to complete documentation requirements on behalf of patients
• Providing reception services as the first point of contact for telephone and in-person inquiries
• Assisting with processing duties for the Branch, including working with intakes and confirming delivery appointments
• Conducting downloads of recording devices and performing functional tests on respiratory equipment
• Handling requests for audit/documentation purposes and supporting the overnight oximetry program
• Collecting credit card/billing information and assisting with patient scheduling
• Performing scanning, filing, and faxing of records on a routine basis
• Assisting with warehouse/patient equipment preparation
• Instructing patients, completing paperwork, explaining insurance and out-of-pocket expenses, handling payments, and reconciling daily receivables
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or GED
• Have at least 2 years of office-related experience
• Are available to work Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Have excellent organizational and communication skills
• Are detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
