Any candidate for this role must understand basic financial planning and reporting (e.g., P&Ls, budgets) KPI's and how to critically analyze an agent's business to guide them in how to make the right business decisions to achieve their goals. What will you do?

  • Implement OP's vision
  • Attract/Recruit, Interview, and Hire driven, producing agents to meet or exceed growth standards
  • Increase revenue and profitability to achieve the #1 profitability ranking among all Houston KW offices
  • Consult the top associates to increase productivity and retention
  • Grow brokerage market share to achieve #1 ranking in target market area
  • Partner with the leadership staff to create an environment of excellence
  • Build connections and acquire resources to provide world-class training and growth opportunities for agents and fellow leaders
  • Lead the agent leadership team to support associates in meeting and exceeding their business and personal goals

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Maintain working knowledge of local economics as it relates to the local and national real estate market
  • Research competition and develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to offer the most value to agents in our market area
  • Share Market Center value/opportunity achievements with all Market Center leadership and associates
  • Recruit real estate business owners and sales associates weekly (interview, select, hire)
  • Share Market Center value with potential recruit candidates
  • Participate in building a world-class training schedule for all associates (new and experienced) in key areas of business, leverage and wealth building
  • Lead engaging sales and business meetings
  • Maintain relevance with the current market and teach to the coming market
  • Participate as a top team member of our executive leadership staff in professional accountability and growth for future goals

Communications/Interactions

  • Set goals, plan and implement key action items, collaborate on projects and maintain accountability standards – daily
  • Lead Generate for Real Estate Business Owners and for Future Sales Associates (Recruits) - daily
  • Associates to set goals, plan, train, develop careers and wealth - daily
  • Preferred vendors, allied partners and community leaders - weekly
  • Buyers/Sellers when problems arise - weekly
  • Operating Principal/MCA Monitor progress regarding appointments, gross recruits, net recruits, and profit (Four Conversations) - weekly

Management Responsibilities
