JOB LOCATION IS IN PLAINVILLE MA
The applicant must be able to handle a wide range of responsibilities. The right person for this position will be friendly and outgoing with a strong desire to help and serve others. This position handles compliance requirements, agent billing, office marketing, and serves as our front desk Director of First Impressions for entering customers and agents. We are looking for a learning based individual with some bookkeeping skills and superior customer service skills. This individual will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and will assimilate into our highly positive and productive culture. This position offers the capability for growth to various other leadership positions.
The candidate must be able to perform multiple tasks in a small business environment including answering phones, front desk duty, helping organize trainings/events, and various tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly. Be a point person for our agents to answer questions, ensure accurate and on time commission payments, paperwork compliance, assist in agent onboarding, handle agent monthly invoicing and collections, and various reporting tasks.
Job Responsibilities: Computerized bookkeeping (A/P, A/R); Ensuring agent transaction compliance is monitored and complete; Processing agent billing; Training Calendar Marketing, Assist leadership team in leading agents and office; and front desk responsibilities.

Real Estate Transaction Coordinator experience is a plus but not required.

Expected hours 30-40 hours weekly. In Person only.

Pay: $35,000 - $37,000 Annually plus a $3,000 Insurance Stipend
