- Business Development – Serve as the primary contact for customers. Identifying, developing, and cultivating new business opportunities
- Establishing Strategic Partnerships – Educate and develop rapport with customers, promoting partnerships, seeking feedback, and proactively addressing customer needs and requests. We’ll look to you to make our customer relationships even better.
- Promoting all lines of KDM Business – With an emphasis on P.O.P printing, you will also be showcasing KDM’s Contract/Fulfillment Sales, Plastic Fabrication, Store Decor and Import Divisions.
- Compensation – Unlimited compensation based on your ability to make sales and bring in new customers.
- Support – Your goal is to sell and KDM has the support team of Estimators, Project Managers and Operations to produce what you sell.
- Leadership – KDM has a highly talented Sales Leadership Team to help you develop and closes leads.
