Advanced paint skills required! Prep surfaces by removing old paint or other coatings by sanding, scraping or grinding. Repairing damaged surfaces with putty and other filling materials to prepare surface for coatings.
Apply paint, varnishes, faux finishes, epoxy and other coatings to commerical, industrial and residential surfaces.
Must be efficient with use of: pressure washer, paint sprayer, concrete grinding and vacuum machines.
Proper cleaning and storage of equipment before and after use including brushes, rollers, trays and machines.
Mixing paint or other coatings using rollers, spray guns, brushes and other tools.
Apply protective coverings such as drop cloths, masking tape and plastic sheeting to protect surfaces for paint damage.
Must be able to safely lift 15 lbs and safely climb up and down ladders.
Must have transportation and speak English.
Must have your own tools.
