Perform professional paint assignment for Class A luxury high-rise community. Maintain fresh property appearance by planning regularly scheduled meetings with management on areas needing improvement and scheduling unit paint work as soon as they are vacated. Work with construction professional (i.e., carpenters, electricians and plumbers) to prepare units for lease. Must professionally repair all sheetrock damage to walls and ceilings. Conscientious with attention to detail and budget constraints. Must have general knowledge of lighting, plumbing and electrical, to assist maintenance team when needed. Other duties as required to assist with the maintenance and property upkeep.
