Overview:
The Karee Hays Esthetics Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, attract new clients, and retain existing ones for the business. This role involves creating and implementing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media presence, collaborating with internal teams, and analyzing market trends to maximize business growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives to increase brand visibility and attract target customers.
Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing channels including website, social media, email campaigns, SEO, and PPC advertising to enhance online presence and drive traffic to the spa.
Content Creation: Generate engaging content for various platforms such as blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and promotional materials to educate and attract potential clients.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) by creating compelling content, engaging with followers, and monitoring trends to maintain a strong online presence.
Campaign Execution: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to drive customer acquisition, increase bookings, and enhance brand loyalty.
Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams including office management, sales, and creative departments to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats, and use insights to optimize marketing strategies.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, conversion rates, and ROI to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure campaigns are executed within budgetary constraints.
Partnerships and Sponsorships: Identify and cultivate partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and organizations to expand brand reach and enhance promotional efforts.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (2 years) in marketing, preferably in the healthcare, wellness, or beauty industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and PPC advertising.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Creative thinking and strategic planning abilities to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and ethical considerations in marketing for the healthcare industry (preferred).
Certification in Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, or similar digital marketing platforms (preferred).
