MarketStreet Enterprises is Hiring a Marketing Manager Near Nashville, TN
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and execute routine community programming in the Gulch
- Create marketing decks for development projects, internal presentations, and graphics for Gulch events and promotions, including light copywriting
- Maintain and update MarketStreet, Gulch Loyalty Program and Gulch Event websites
- Manage Hospitality Program for office tenants
- Coordinate with the internal MarketStreet team and all third-party vendors and partners for Hospitality Program
- Responsible for maintenance and content creation for the Hospitality Program’s mobile app
- Create and maintain relationships with all Gulch and relevant Gulch adjacent retailers to provide office tenants with exclusive deals and special promotions
- Manage the Hospitality Program budget and monitor ongoing effectiveness, including preparing quarterly reports for Ownership
- Stay up to date on industry news, emerging trends, market shifts, and new technologies
- Perform other marketing-related duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Experience in event planning with the ability to independently run events
- Solid understanding of office and retail customers and what motivates them
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative, WordPress, SquareSpace, and Microsoft suites.
- Experience with hospitality and customer service or similar
- Creative, proactive, committed to staying current with market trends and innovation.
- Strong organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
