Job Description

Hi, we're TechnologyAdvice.

At TechnologyAdvice, we pride ourselves on helping B2B tech buyers manage the complexity and risk of the buying process. We are a trusted source of information for tech buyers, delivering advice and facilitating connections between our buyers and the world's leading sellers of business technology.

Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, we are a remote-first company with more than 20 digital publications and over 500 global team members in the US, UK, Singapore, Australia, and the Philippines. We're proud to have been repeatedly recognized as one of America's fastest growing private companies by Inc., as well as a Tennessee top workplace. We work hard each day and have fun, too, with monthly virtual events, recreational slack channels, and the occasional costumed dance from our CEO.

All positions are open to remote work unless otherwise specified in the requirements below.

The opportunity

This isn't your same-old Content Marketing blah blah blog role. This is your opportunity to build an audience of highly engaged followers, fans, and future customers through the power of exceptional content, audience-first thought leadership, and a new approach to B2B social media. Yep, we're pretty excited about it too!

We're looking for a highly passionate Content Marketing Manager to lead the content marketing, thought leadership, and audience building programs within our growing marketing team.

You'll have a unique opportunity to drive a holistic audience development and engagement program via an integrated approach to multi-channel thought leadership, audience-first content, and building a highly engaged social media following. You'll write amazing articles and cheat sheets, run multiple podcasts and video series, get your hands dirty with video editing and meme-making, and own the social media content strategy for a brand new set of social media accounts (don't try to find them, they haven't launched yet!).

What you'll do

  • Develop, manage, track, and continuosly optimize our Content Marketing, Inbound, and Thought Leadership programs to help TechnologyAdvice create a highly engaged following of B2B marketing professionals
  • Manage our blog and eBook strategies, including writing content yourself and managing delivery from various internal contributors

  • Act as the showrunner for two new podcasts, including guest recruitment, episode recording preparation, and editing/publishing of final content
  • Source, create, and edit video content for new LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube channels
  • Manage the planning and delivery of quarterly research reports that position TechnologyAdvice as a leading authority on B2B Buyer Trends and Demand Generation strategies
  • Work closely with other team members to align our content strategy with our demand generation, sales enablement, and account-based marketing programs
  • Track and report on the impact of various content and thought leadership programs
  • Minimal travel within North America is expected for this role

Who you are

  • 5 years of professional experience in B2B Content Marketing, Social Media, Communications, or a related role
