In this unique role, you will have the opportunity to significantly drive our next phase of growth.
Location
This is a remote, field-based role with frequent travel to local parks and recreation meetings (100%)
Role - relationship building
Represent Kaizen at in-person meetings
Be the face of Kaizen and first touchpoint for prospective customers (parks and recreation directors)
Effectively communicate the Kaizen mission and what we are building
Book follow up demo calls with prospects
Other Ongoing Workflows
Potentially represent Kaizen at tradeshows / conferences
Maintain communication with the business development team to refine workflows and approach
Regularly and update meeting tracking documentation
Evolution of the Role
This is a contract-based role, estimated to be 1-3 months in length. Based on performance, there is an opportunity to explore other roles with Kaizen’s sales team.

You thrive in an following a standardized procedure but are not afraid to get creative
You are mission-driven and understand our role in improving the lives of residents and municipal staff across the country
Skills & Requirements
1-3 years of experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
Strong familiarity with local Massachusetts towns and cities
Strong communication and presentation skills
Willingness to travel 100% - mainly evenings from 5:00-10:00PM
Access to reliable transportation
Proficient in technology
Compensation
We offer a very competitive commission structure with high upside.
