The Product Team is looking for a highly motivated andexperienced Technical Product Manager to join our team. As a Technical ProductManager, you will play a critical role in driving the development and enhancementof our digital products and platforms to deliver an exceptional experience toour customers and streamline internal operations. This role requires acombination of technical expertise, product management skills, and a passionfor delivering high-quality solutions. Reports to: Chief Technology Officer

This position is located in NYC and will be expected tocome into the office 4 times per week.

• Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's business goals and customer needs.
• Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Product Roadmap: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to define and prioritize features for our digital platforms and technical solutions. Assist in maintaining a detailed product roadmap that outlines timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Communication: Effectively communicate project status, updates, and decisions to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree inComputer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. Master's degree orMBA is a plus.
• Proven experience (3 years) as a Technical Product Manager or similar role, preferably in the foodservice or hospitality industry.
• Strong understandingof software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum.
• Demonstrated abilityto translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa.
• Excellent projectmanagement skills with a track record of successfully leading cross-functionalteams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
• Analytical mindsetwith the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making.
• Outstandingcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectivelycollaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Passion fortechnology, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Experience with POSsystems, ordering platforms, and restaurant operations is a plus.
